- impersonate another organisation or individual
- misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

3. Data responsibility

The organisation using Layerbound is the data controller for any information collected through links they create.

Layerbound acts as a data processor, handling data on behalf of the organisation in accordance with UK GDPR.

Organisations are responsible for:
- ensuring they have a lawful basis for collecting data
- providing appropriate privacy information to users
- complying with applicable data protection laws

4. User access

People completing Layerbound links do not need to create an account.

Access to submitted responses is controlled by the organisation that created the link.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Layerbound available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service where necessary.

6. Limitation of liability

Layerbound is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layerbound is not liable for:
